It’s that time of year again when we are feeling the effects of the holidays. We have made our resolutions to be good to our bodies and take off those excess pounds. But it has been 2.5 weeks since those New Year’s Eve Resolutions and for some those cravings are settling back in and they are having a difficult time taming them. Here are some of my favorite snacks that both beautify and satisfy. Rotate them throughout the week and you should be more than satiated yet still on your way to getting that glow.
I get mine in the freezer section of Trader Joe’s. My boys also love them. Make a batch and keep the bowl in your fridge. Sometimes I will make them and toss them in Hoisen Sauce.
2. Frozen Grapes
These are a treat in our family. In fact whenever I buy a beautiful big batch of grapes, the first thing my little one does is clean them and freeze them. They taste like an adult Icee. Like little burst of pure sorbet.
3. Frozen raisins
This is an old modeling trick from the beautiful Christie Brinkley. I have been doing this for years. If you buy plump, organic raisins and freeze them, they actually taste like carmels.
4. A beautiful berry salad
I start the day with a bowl of berries. I eat them mindfully allowing each one its moment to burst in my mouth and I feel as if I am at the spa.
5. Homemade RAW Trail Mix
Raw Brazil Nuts, raw walnuts and raw almonds mixed with organic and unsulfered dried fruit is so satisfying. Definitely add goji berries for a superfood boost.
6. Dark Chocolat Chip tucked in plump fresh raspberries. (see 1st photo above)
This is such a favorite of mine and my guest absolutely love them. Take an organic dark chocolat chip and tuck one in the perfect pouch of a juicy raspberry. Place them on a lovely plate. Eating 10 of these decadent gems will ward of any sweet cravings you have. My youngest loves doing this activity for our guests.
7. Kale Chips
Whether you make them or buy them, these chips are the bomb. I bought a few bags for me, myself and I a couple of years ago and my boys ate them all. Now they are much preferred over regular store bought chips.
8. Air Popped Corn with Nutritional Yeast
This has become a staple in our home for movie night. Just air pop your artisanal popcorn. Spray with cold-pressed, raw olive oil and sprinkle with ground nutritional yeast. Crunchy, cheesy and filling. Delicious!
9. Raw Coconut Macaroons
Yes you have to get them at a health food store if you don’t make them yourself but these babies are FANTASTIC. One is all you need. I have them with my green matcha tea and I am in heaven. Plus they are beautifying.
10. Half an Avocado
This is also one of my favorite treats. I take a half an avocado and drizzle Trader Joe’s Balsamic Glaze in the deep swimming pool. Then I sprinkle it with smoked paprika. Heaven!
11. Super Beaute Fudge
The recipe is in this Blog under the Eat section. We always have this in the freezer for when a chocolat craving rears. The boys love to eat this before their games for clean, sustained energy.
12. Frozen fruit and Avocado pudding
Again the recipe is in the Eat section of this blog. And again, I can’t ever make enough because everyone runs into the kitchen when I make it.
13. Chia pudding
There are so many recipes online for this but I simply take frozen fruit and chia seeds and put it in the food processor. I let it gel for a few hours and I have thick, yummy pudding. I also buy raw yogurt and put a heaping tablespoon of Chia Seeds in and mix. Let it set for about 15 minutes and your yogurt is 10 x more filling and beautifying.
14. Raw Ice Creme Sunday
I will either make or buy raw ice creme (online or at Whole Foods). Then I freeze Agave Nectar. Once the Agave Nectar is frozen it taste like carmel sauce. Clean and healthy alternative to a fattening traditional sundae.
15. Raw Artisanal Cheese on Raw Flax Crackers
I have to go to Whole Foods for these special pieces but it is totally worth it. Being Raw maintains all the beautifying and digesting enzymes so it makes for a satisfying and healthy snack that is easy to digest.
16. Artisanal Olives
This is Sophia Loren’s secret to her beautiful skin – 10 Artisanal Olives per day. I try to do this every day as well (who is going to argue with Sophia Loren???) and it is very satisfying and decadent.
That should load your kitchen with healthy alternative snacks and keep you on track for glowing skin and a rockin bikini body come Summer.
It’s that time of year again and you want to to show that special man in your life how much you love him. But lets face it, the better the man, the less he wants you to spend your money on him. So hints and requests do not exactly flow from his lips. I have always found that the best gifts are the most personal ones. Ones that will remind him of you for days, months or years to come. Gifts that elevate his life and add comfort. Gifts that make him smile and perhaps procure the thought “my life is better with her in it”
So here is my list for the very best gifts you can give him…
1. A Timepiece
There is something so sexy about a man in a great watch. That moment when he puts it on. That moment he stands by his side of the bed and takes it off. Catching a glimpse of him with his crisp white shirt rolled up and a big, bold watch strapped on his tanned forearm. So many aesthetic components make for a sexy man…a great watch is one of them. I have taught each of my sons the art of the watch and now each of them collect personal timepieces. There are so many on the market and each man has his own style. I say the bigger the better. Corum makes great watches at reasonable prices. The “man mastering the sea” is an attractive quality and Corum delivers on this innuendo.
Find a great, bold statement timepiece and definitely have it engraved. Make the engraving real and personal. I tend to fall in love with men whom I have a great deal of admiration and respect for. So something like “I love when I get to “watch” you work, 4ever xxx” would be so genuine. Engraving turns a gift into a heartfelt, treasured heirloom.
2. The Arte of the Shave (an Old Fashioned Shave Kit)
So many men have never experienced the pleasure of shaving this way. There is something so masculine and Old World about it. It is in the tradition of the Master Barber. I recently took my oldest son to a barber to get this type of shave and he is “hooked.” This gift lends itself to a very sexy evening when you lay your man down and give him a close shave, facial and massage. He will melt, I promise. I love the scents and natural products at L’Occitane.
Introduce him to “The Art of The Shave” and you may forever be on his mind each morning.
3. Month Clubs
These are my favorites because everyone loves gifts at their door. They have shave clubs, bacon clubs, wine clubs, artisinal cheese clubs, seafood clubs. You name it, there is a club. My favorite reliable clubs come from Williams Sonoma. Might I be so corny as to say “it is the gift that keeps on giving” (my apologies;) High end month clubs also give the gift of quality time between the two of you as you can set a ritual around the monthly gift. A special dinner or event to celebrate the introduction to a new experience.
4. A New Cologne and Personal Items
Lets face it, while we are all out conquering the world, women tend to still find the time to pinterest, facebook, shop, etc. If there is something for beauty, we are on it. So, go shopping and gather up some must needed items to make his world that much better and pampered. A new cologne, a great soothing aftershave, a wonderful anti-aging skin regimen. Chances are, he won’t do this himself so it is a gift that will be very much appreciated. I love the all raw Dr Alkitis products. They are very soothing and smell amazing. Plus, I get to use all these dream items when I stay at his place.
5. A piece of Art
Because I love art, this is a natural for me. Every man I have shopped art for has been incredibly grateful. They have even shed a few tears over the gift of Art. This kind of present is so personal and lasting. When you shop for a work of art for another, you must really know him; his dreams, his desires, his passions. If he loves to sail, a beautiful painting of the ocean. If he loves to safari, a great sculpture. If he loves to cycle, a great, large artistic photograph of a road heading towards the mountains. The possibilities are endless. And let’s face it, most men have a spot or two (or three) in their home that is in desperate need of a personal touch.
6. The Perfect Bedding
At the end of a long, exhausting day, is there really anything better than slipping into the perfect bed or making love in the perfect bed? It is estimated that we spend a third of our life there. We should make it as enjoyable as possible. Most men these days have great bedspreads and duvets and most have even mastered the art of throw pillows. I’m talking about introducing him to quality bed sheets and cashmere blankets. It’s the numerous little things that make our life extraordinary. Luxury bedding is definitely one of them. One of my favorites is Sferra Capri Honey Egyptian Cotton Sateen 1020TC sheets. They are heaven. Even if you aren’t there with him, he will be thinking of you nightly.
7. A Open ended trip for the two of you
So many of us have read and taken the quiz from the 5 Love Languages. QUALITY TIME is high on the list. Fact is, I love busy men. Problem is, “finding time” to bond. Vacationing and traveling together is a way to block out the world and focus on each other. Gifting him a trip for just the 2 of you is giving him 1 gift that hits him on many visceral levels. It tells him you have thought and planned for the two of you. That you are putting aside time to spoil him and give both of you a personal experience that creates life long memories. You can plan little things during the trip and special surprises. If he loves castles, you can plan a private tour or stay in one. Or plan a private sailboat or helicopter tour. Book a private tour at a special winery. Book a candlelight dinner on a private beach. The possibilities are endless. Most women sit back and wait to be spoiled. I love to spoil my man. Once you both have cemented your relationship, spoil him!!! You will get a lot of good lovin’ in return. And seriously ladies…if you have not experienced vacation sex…put it on your bucket list!
8. Wine Stocked Picnic Basket
I am a romantic. For me, the difference between a good relationship and a great one is romance. Pedestrian anything is a bore. A great gift is a luxury picnic basket already stocked with caviar, water crackers, smoked salmon, olives, his favorite wine, etc., accompanied by a note that says something like “I am kidnapping you for the afternoon. You are mine to do with what I want. No holds barred.” He will love love it. In addition, making love in the great outdoors is quite amazing.
9. A Tesla
Along with coaching, I am in International commodities. I tend to know things about the world and economy that they just aren’t telling us in the news. So, any new cars I buy will be running on something other than fuel. I am crazy about Elon Musk, his vision and his cars. If you can afford one, your man needs a Tesla in his driveway Christmas morning with a big, fluffy bow in his favorite color.
This can be anything from a First Edition book that changed his life or an antique Loran for his boat. Perhaps a beautiful saddle or a pocket watch owned by someone famous, or better yet, notorious. Hunting for something “one of a kind” is a rush for you and he will forever love the effort you put into it. If you are a once in a lifetime woman, give him a once in a lifetime present.
Give him tickets to an event that you know he will love. Men are active. They love to “do.” Plus, adrenaline inducing activities actually “bond” the two of you. He will love your thoughtfulness, especially if you score some sold out tickets or courtside seats.
Okay – so this one is for me. I love playing chess by a roaring fire, sipping the perfect glass of fine wine. There is something seductive and sensuous about “playing” games with your lover. Strip chess is even an option. But no matter how you play, a great chess board is a statement piece in his home. There are chess boards for almost every type of enthusiast. A safari chess board, a wine chessboard, artistic chessboard, old world castle chessboards. Find one that tells his story… and then let the games begin;)
There you have it. My top 12 list for full proof gratitude inducing gift-giving. Other than the Tesla, you can customize each of them to suit your price range. Each are out of the ordinary and personal. He will love any one of them.
Merry Christmas Beauties. I wish you all the very best… Enjoy this season of Miracles
Thanksgiving is around the corner and I can already sense the anxiety in many of my clients. The strength and changes in their eating habits and way of life are making them beautiful, healthy and happy. But the fear of potential weakness is looming due to the delicious temptations and family traditions of the upcoming holidays.
While my clients and I eat and live in various states of my SB protocol which is an abundance of Raw, clean foods and proteins, I am never one to pass on fun and tradition. We all know that holidays are notorious for calorie packed, unhealthy, sugar laden foods that do nothing but rob us of our vibrancy and glow. Come January, we feel gross and fat, our skin and hair is dull and our energy level is low. Thus…New Year’s Resolutions.
So, I wanted to offer my clients a SB way to enjoy and pick the important traditions that they just don’t want to refuse because they are a deep rooted part of them. For me it is Buche de Noel. Each year we buy the most beautiful one we can find and place birthday candles on it and sing Happy Birthday. Can I pass on eating a slice? Absolutely. Will I? “Not a chance!” It is a beautiful tradition I started with my boys from my oldest’s first Christmas. I don’t want to give it up. They don’t want me to give it up. Another tradition is Italian Nouget. Every Christmas Eve, we pass a plate of an assortment of European Nougets, dried cherries and pistachios for our dessert. Again, I am not passing on this tradition. And every Christmas morning I get up early to have ready for my boys, the most delicious eggs benedict on the planet – or at least that is what they think;)
Traditions are important. They warm our hearts and glue our family together. They are the moments we look forward to. Never give them up, simply try to pick the very best and most important ones and perhaps let go of some of the unhealthy, insignificant ones.
Therefore, what I teach my clients and what I do myself, is grandfather the important traditions that mean so much to my children and I in with the SB principles that I live with each day.
Below are some healthy and delicious substitutes that will help to keep your skin glowing all season!
SB Thanksgiving Feast
1. Whole Fish or Organic Turkey
When I was in Greece I went to a little town called Paleokastritsa. There, I had one of the most delicious meals in my lifetime. We went to a small restaurant oceanside and the chef prepared a delicious, meaty, freshly caught, whole white fish. So my family has made a tradition of preparing a beautiful whole fish for Thanksgiving dinner. If this is something you don’t want to try, make sure your Turkey is from a good, clean, organic source. Both are good for your glow.
I serve my raw Brocolini salad, raw shaved Brussel Sprout salad with dried cranberries, pistachios, and radicchio tossed in a fabulous maple, dijon dressing. Each year I make a new fabulous raw Kale salad. And yes, I make creamed spinach. This is a tradition I love and a major comfort food for me. But instead of a calorie laden cheese and cream version, I steam the spinach and add a combination of greek yogurt and low fat cream cheese. It is delicious.

Absolutely everyone loves this.
1 bag of Fresh Cranberries
1 whole big juicy organic Navel Orange – skin and all cut into quarters
Agave Nectar, Yacon Syrup or Stevia to taste
Process Cranberries in a food processor, add the cut up orange and process until combined. Add sweetener to taste. Give it 1 more good whirl.
I stock up on bags of cranberries this time of year and put them in the freezer. I make this salad year round.
4. Sweet Potatoes
I roast big fat sweet potatoes and mash them with raw banana. Even the pickiest traditionalist will want more! Sprinkle the mash with chopped walnuts and pecans. Fabulous for your skin.
5. Raw Pumpkin Pie and Raw Pecan Pie.
6. Red Wine
I have everyone bring their favorite bottle of Red Wine. It is good for us and we love the impromptu wine tasting. We open a couple of bottles with our artisinal raw cheese and nut platter with appetizers and open the other bottles during the dinner. Not embarrassed to admit, it is our goal to have no more wine left by the end of the meal.
7. Start Non Food Traditions
Not everything warm and comforting during the holidays needs to be food driven. My favorite table cloth is a huge roll of butcher paper. I lay it out on our big Italian table. Everyone writes down on the paper what they are grateful for and what will make them grateful for next year. Lot’s of things like “I am so grateful for my family and I will be so grateful for a new bike.” It gets very funny based on the cast of characters at the table. And I still read The Night Before Christmas each Christmas Eve while the boys sip delicious healthy raw haute cocoa – guess I should post that recipe too:) I have so many traditions that are not centered around food. And these make us just as happy as a big plate of Christmas Cookies. Use your imagination and start some non-food traditions of your own.
So there you have the blueprint of my typical Thanksgiving Feast. If you use all or just a few of the tips above, I promise you will feel light, sexy and healthy the day after Thanksgiving and you will still maintain the Glow!
Happy Thanksgiving, Beauties!!!
With the exception of La roche-Posay sunscreen, all my clients and friends know that if I can’t eat it, I don’t put in on my body. Our skin is our largest organ and what we put on it immediately seeps into our bodies. It is more hurtful to put many of the harmful ingredients in retail body cremes on our skin than it is to eat them. What I continued to learn is if they don’t coat our skin like plastic or prevent the skin from properly regenerating, they are causing anything from minor irritation to a variety of dermal diseases. These poisons and toxins are absorbed directly into our body and blood stream and stored in our fat tissues, possibly becoming cancer, changing our DNA, causing us infertility, neurotoxicity or causing an array of other medical problems- some we don’t even know about or understand yet. I only want safe, non toxic, raw, edible moisturizers on my skin.
After I shower or bathe, I usually just slather raw coconut oil on my warm skin but this is difficult to do during the fall/ winter months as the coconut oil becomes so hard you have to become a bit Rodin-like and chisel it away with a knife then warm it in the palm of your hand before you can apply it. Brrrrrr... takes too long as you are sitting there nude and wet.
I have found an alternative that is 100% edible, completely safe and phenomenally luxurious. I think it surpasses the most expensive body cremes available at retail. The wonderful thing about this body creme is that it will not get hard during the cold winter months. It stays, soft, whipped and sumptuous. I use it on my children too. Give your lover a foot massage with this lavish creme…he’ll give back, promise.
Super Beauté Raw Whipped Edible Body Butter
1. Melt shea butter and coconut oil in the top of a double boiler. Remove from heat and let cool for 30 minutes.
2. Stir in almond oil and essential oils of your choosing.* This provides the scent that you most love.
3, Place oil mixture in freezer or outside to chill.
4. Wait until oils start to partially solidify, then whip until a butter-like consistency is achieved. I use my Kitchen aid blender with the whip attachment.
4. Place in clean, glass jar and enjoy! A little goes a long way.
*Not all essential oils are skin friendly or child friendly. Please do your research before adding.
1. You can use what ever oils you wish, just make sure you keep the ratio 75% solid to 25% liquid.
2. The chilling step is crucial. If you don’t chill it properly, it won’t whip or stay whipped. About 20 minutes in the freezer usually does the trick for this batch. Make sure you scrape down the sides before mixing.
3. Since this recipe does not contain any water, it will not mould. You should keep in a cool place but it does not have to be refrigerated.
4. I do not know the exact shelf life but I know it will keep at least a few months, plus.
5. The body butter melts as it goes on and gets a little oily but absorbs beautifully, quickly and leaves your skin very soft.
I am on a dash today so I wanted to get you some simple charts to help motivate you. The first is an easy chart to follow for proper food combining. One big secret to anti-aging and vitality is the digestion and quick exit of your meals. One of the best ways to achieve this state within your body (other than a clean diet) is with natural hygiene aka proper food combining. All my clients (and boys) subscribe to this way of eating. The benefits range from a reduction in Acne to relief of Indigestion. The second chart is a quick benefits of raw foods. Everyone knows I am not 100% raw because my teaching principles include lots of “clean” proteins. But I surround my proteins with raw foods for an enzyme rich meal.
Have a magical day!
Probably the question I get asked the most is “What are your favorite, can’t do without, beauty products?” Well, that list grows constantly and changes with the seasons. But I do have a small list of products that tend to travel with me wherever I go and are my very uplifting, trusted go-to products. I tend to be extremely ritualistic in my routine. My days are fast and furious and early mornings are one of the few times that I have to meditate and pamper myself.
A few of my faves are below and I am so grateful to the makers of these extraordinary products.
This wonderful cleansing tool travels with me everywhere and, I swear, if I don’t use it two days in a row, I see a difference. Yes, It would have to come with me on a desert island.
2) Braggs Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
I drink this stuff, eat this stuff and use this magical potion on my skin. It is the best toner I have ever used, bar none. Granted, for about 30 seconds I smell like a salad dressing but then all traces of vinegar are gone and my skin glows and is perfectly prepped for all other lotions and potions.
3) Camellia OilThe secret of the Geisha. This amazing penetrative oil does wonders for my skin. I tend to not like to put anything on my skin that I can’t eat or that has more than 1 or two ingredients. I would never want to be with out this product, summer or winter. A true beauty secret.
4) La Roche-Posay Suncreen
This company just “gets” sunscreen like no other. It’s lightweight and melts into my skin. If you have never tried this French secret, do yourself a favor and get some. Plus, everyone should wear a sunscreen for anti-aging.
I NEVER wear makeup. Someone very close to me said that I looked much younger without it. Well, that is all a woman needs to hear to make a change. My natural skin is always bare naked to the world but I love, love, love this product to naturally highlight select places on my face like my brow bone, cheek bones and cupids bow. A very natural product to boost your glow.
6) RMS Lip2Cheek in Promise I love all the products at RMS Beauty. Completely natural and almost raw, this wonderful color is a perfect rosy, apricot color for my cheeks and lips. It somehow blends into my skin in a light natural way and nourishes and anti-ages at the same time. Love it!
The Main ingredients are extracts of grape, essential oil of rosemary, orange blossom and rose extracts, benzoin, myrrh and oraganic balm mint. The combination of rosemary and mint fights acne as it is antibacterial. This Beauty Elixir smooths, tightens pores, and gives the complexion a burst of radiance. Calming and soothing, my boys love the smell too!
8) Avène Thermal WaterI first discovered spray mineral waters in my 20’s when I worked at a cosmetic counter. Evian was the one we sold. I have since found the Avene product and I spray this on my face, hair, neck and shoulders throughout the day to keep me hydrated. The natural minerals in the product are nourishing as well. Put it in the fridge for an extra cooling experience.
9) French-milled Lavendre soap
My two favorite scents in nature are lavender and thyme. I love stepping into a steamy shower and smelling my lavender soap. It is calming and natural and starts my day off perfectly. No one makes a soap quite like the French. It reminds me of the exquisite smelling lavender fields in France that I rode a moped through, that I so loved. Whether it is from Trader Joe’s or Neiman Marcus, french lavender soap is always in my shower.
10) Savon de Marseille Liquid Soaps
These soaps are the bomb and just as I think I have discovered my favorite one, I buy another scent and I am in heaven. I am currently using the Pamplemousse (Grapefruit) one in my bathroom and it smells like I have just cut into a juicy anti-aging citrus. Summer Heaven! Plus, I am a packaging geek and I love the sexy, avant-garde look of this bottle in my bathrooms. My guests love them too!
Not really a “product” but a definite “must have.” I speak with a lot of international causes and sadly, I am aware of the “privilege” of clean drinking water. So many in the world do not have this available to them. Now, several so-called experts are saying that there is no benefit to drinking water and it is a medical myth. I DON’T CARE. All I know is this…When I don’t drink half my body weight in water a day, my skin looks bad and I feel sluggish. So, study or no study, I love my 64 oz. of pure, clean water per day.
So, there you have it, my personal beauty must have’s!!!! Try one or all and share with us your experience. Or, let us know your favorite beauty products.
What a slow day! I was experiencing that unbalanced feeling you get the minute you step off a treadmill. I broker commodities for my main living and my phone is usually (obnoxiously) ringing off the hook. Today… not so much. Most of my SB clients are on holiday, my commodity deals are in motion but not yet consummated and are in the “hurry up and then wait syndrome” and my boys are all busy. I found my self very restless and bored.
I spent friday to monday away from home so I was tired and it is way too hot to work out. See, we all have “excuse” days.
Boredom for me also brings about stress, especially when it is really hot outside. I decided to go into the kitchen for some Super Beauté Alchemy. Once in the kitchen, I felt lazy and frustrated. Instead of creating something new, I went straight to my comfort food “raw pudding.” Everyone has their own special “comfort” foods. Some like crunchy stuff like chips, some like bakery goods like cake, some like chocolate. But I have always found that the soft, gentle texture of pudding calmes me. So I quickly made up a serving of my yummy SB pudding. Unlike the traditional puddings that are laden with chemicals, fake food stuff or sugar, my Super Beauté version is so nutritious and beautifying that it comforts me and gives our skin the glow. The frozen berries added the coolness my body needed today.
Yep, this is definitely one of my Top 10 favorite go to snacks. Enjoy Beauties!
Super Beauté Raw Pudding
2 cups frozen Mango or 1 whole ripe Mango
1 ripe Avocado
1 cup frozen Berries – you choose. Today I used frozen raspberries
2 Tbsp White Chia Seeds
2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
Place all ingredients into a Vitamix, high speed blender or food processor and Whirl until blended.
Spoon into a very cool glass dish and eat….simply delicious and totally nutritious.
One of my favorite cuisines in the world is Japanese food. I remember when I was a little girl and I experienced my very first Bento Box. I instantly fell in love with the food, the unique utensils, and the simple aesthetic way they served the meal. But my absolute favorite thing that night was the Green Tea Ice Cream. No one else at the table liked it so they gladly handed their serving to me.
In early adulthood my best friend opened a restaurant. One day she called and asked if I would come over and taste test ice cream from her suppliers. My keys were in the ignition before one could blink. I got to know the suppliers who were eager to give me all the ice cream I could eat but I only had interest in a 5 gallon container of green tea ice cream. It was unavailable in the any of the supermarkets so a “score” like this was very hard to come by. It sat in my freezer for months and having it at my ready cemented our relationship forever.
These days I do not eat dairy, unless it is artisanal and raw. Since my food weakness is ice cream, I have learned to make the most delicious raw ice creams. Based in coconut flesh, raw cashews, frozen bananas or avocados, they are healthy and satisfying and even more delicious than the traditional ice creams in the grocery store. It is so hot where I live this summer that unless food is cold, I really don’t eat it. Most of the year, each morning, I partake in the Japanese Matcha Tea Ceremony. However, with our weather ranging between 100 and 105 degrees, I have not had the desire to do this upon waking. Missing my Green Matcha, I set out to see if I could make a raw ice cream version of this healthy ingredient.
After several trials and errors – all yummy but not perfect, I finally scored with this recipe. It is so easy, enjoy!
PS…..IT’S SO HEALTHY FOR YOU….YEA!!!!
